We are engaged in Real Estate and Housing Development Projects in Kandy and around Sri Lanka. We would be able provide full range of designing, planning and project management in the construction. There are major two parts in the below project.

First ever Super Luxury Villas and Apartments in Kandy

After several discussions and various surveys carried out, we have decided to go ahead with the as a multi development project delivered in 03 phases,

Phase No.1

To construct 03 Nos of super luxury Villa houses with over 7000 sq ft and each built on 10 perches of land. Very spacious parking with ability to park 05 vehicles, separate servants’ apartment, private swimming pools, roof Terrace, CCTV, centralized gas system, solar and other all facilities with high safety and security.

Phase No.2

To construct 4 storied complex which consists of 04 Nos of luxury apartments with all the ultra-modern facilities.

Phase No.3

A condominium project which consists of 48 Nos of apartments and 02 penthouses constructed on a complex of 12 floors. All the units will be built with all the facilities and luxury for modern living.
